The primary role of this position is to operate a manufacturing machine and meet operating standards. .

You will be responsible for ensuring  running production safely, meeting quality specifications and productivity targets.

No experience is required but you must have good attendance and be willing to learn. 

Starting pay for  2nd Shift is $13.00 + $1.25 shift premium

The primary role of this position is to provide a variety of routine support services for the operation of fabric dying manufacturing facility working on the production floor, handling of raw material and finished goods. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrates ability to work independently or as a team depending on the task given by management.

Demonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot issues. 

This position does not require experience or a HSD/GED but you must have good attendance and be willing to learn!

Starting pay is $13.00 during training period and then you will move to $14.00.

Job Description

• Maintain processing issues and procedures along with other activities minimizing production downtime.

• Carry out process corrections during the shift that affect the production of blow-molded parts (tail lengths, part weights, wall thicknesses, etc).

• Work with internal groups of engineering, maintenance, production, etc to troubleshoot and correct issues with machines.

• Have the ability to do mold changes in machines and start the next process production run.

• As assigned by the supervisor or manager, must be licensed and certified to drive a forklift.

•  Work on production shift to maintain and ensure correct processes are all in place.

• This would be in the areas or material mixtures, part specs, secondary equipment set up and adjustment, and all other areas affecting processing proper parts.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a Process Technician.

•  Prior blow molding experience is a plus.

• The successful candidate will also need to develop a thorough understanding of the customers' requirements and how they are achieved.

Assembly/Thermoforming 

 The job will be working on both an Assembly Line and a Thermoforming Oven Line. Rotating between the two jobs is an essential function of this position, so flexibility is a must for successful candidates.

Responsibilities

• Feed tubes into a thermoforming oven.
• Conduct quality checks of thermoformed tubes.
• Report quality defects to supervision immediately.
• Assemble parts with minor lifting, repetitive hand motion, & standing in one place.
• Understand and follow the production schedule

Requirements

• Diploma/GED (preferred, not required).
• Ability to stand in one place at one time and use repetitive hand motions.
• Must have perfect attendance in the first 2 weeks of the assignment.
• Must be able to adhere to a strenuous attendance policy during the first 90 days.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for following all safety procedures and instructions while performing duties.

2. Operate roll up (WICTR008).

3. Weigh rolls (WICTR010).

4. Quality Checks (WICTR009).

5. Relieve wrapper while on break, if necessary (Refer to Wrapper Work Instructions).

6. Print MOS ticket (WICTR005). Refer to procedure WICTRDGR for grade 50 and 20 tickets. Refer to FMGEN026 for defect codes to use for grade 50 and grade 20.

7. Create waste tickets for leader fabric (WICTR077).

8. Take lab headers and record in book (WICTR007).

9. Perform all necessary paperwork (Refer to WICTR013). Report oz/sq yd for every roll, for non MOS goods refer to WICTR062. Report % first quality and run efficiency by procedure WICTR059.

10. Inspect all carpet, refer to WICTR035 for automotive carpet and WICTR054 for specialty carpet.

11. Inspect cut-parts and calendar items according to WICTR055.

12. Bale trim waste and assist team members with baling.

13. Responsible for area house keeping including sweeping underneath exit catwalk by slitters.

14. Assist with off-line wrapping during any coater downtime.

15. Assist coater senior operator with style changes when necessary.• Check width and adjust slitter blades when necessary• Check and adjust tension between style changes.• Set up tubes and paperwork for new style.
